I tend to work well with clients with DV, parenting, Mental Health, Work & Income issues, and not limited but prefer not to work with elderly or youth so much. And yet, I think family work may be an area of interest in the future.

Trish Hanlen

I am a semi retired registered social worker and academic. My background includes both social work education in Tauranga and front line social work in Rotorua. Fields of social work practice included community development, elderly people and young mums group work, foster care, child protection(abuse and neglect), and management. I am actively involved in Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers Inc., particularly the Bay of Plenty branch.
