Jane Weggery

My name is Jane Weggery and I am both a qualified counsellor and qualified social worker. Currently I work as a counsellor three days a week at Compass Health, a Primary Health organisation where I work with young people and adults. I also offer Equine facilitated counselling, where horses partner with people in ground based activities to support people learn about themselves and grow – websites providing more information about this are; www.eagala.org and eponaquest.com/. My private practice is predominantly Equine facilitated work and I have the use of facilities in Pauatahanui and on the Kapiti Coast.
My work is Strength based and Solution Focused and I believe that people have the resources within themselves to effect change, the horses and I merely support people by facilitating the persons process and learning.
