- Permanent, full time work based in our Sub-Acute site and Day Programme site
- Monday to Friday on a rotating AM/PM roster

We’re looking for the next Registered Health Professional to provide clinical support to the Pathways Sub-Acute site in Mangere Bridge and Day Programme in Papatoetoe, South Auckland.
You would be working Monday to Friday on a rotating
Week 1: AM shift (8.00 am – 4.30 pm) at our Day Programme and
Week 2: PM shift (3.00pm – 11.30pm) at our Mangere Bridge Site
Our Registered Health Professionals support people experiencing mental illness to identify and meet their individual health and social care needs and support them to re-connect with community services and take control of their own lives.

You’ll be reporting to the Team Coach and working with a team of Support Workers and Registered Health Professionals – this is an enhanced mobile service supporting people living in their own homes. We operate a Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm service. We have a friendly, supportive and fast paced team environment, where a good sense of humour is essential.
We are interested to hear from candidates who are registered as one of the following – Occupational Therapist (preferred), Nurse or Social Worker, we need someone who has the ability to support and inspire a team.
You’ll be known for your caring, friendly and approachable manner and be passionate about your professional role and identity. You’ll have a non-judgmental approach to working within a diverse population. A real team player, you’ll be an excellent communicator and the sort of person who brings fun and laughter to your work environment.
