Participation Criteria : ● Participants must be registered social workers currently practising, or who have practised within the last five years, in Aotearoa New Zealand. ● Participants must have a minimum of two years' experience working with ethnic minority women affected by family violence and be able to speak to their professional experiences of providing support within this context. ● Participants will be required to take part in a semi-structured interview of approximately 45–60 minutes.
