The withdrawal of public funding for ‘Section 27 Cultural Reports’: Perspectives of social workers on impacts to offenders, justice and equity.

I am seeking participants who are qualified social workers and who have experience of working with adults who encounter the criminal justice system as defendants (even if this is not their primary field of practice). It is not a requirement for participants to have in-depth knowledge of the legal or criminal justice system; the important element is for participants to have experience of ‘walking alongside’ people going through the system (ideally to the sentencing stage).

Contemporary perspectives of social workers implementing liberatory praxis in Aotearoa New Zealand
