Sue Oakley

I am a clinical supervisor in private practice working from Newtown in Wellington. I supervise clients working across the social service sector, including social workers, nurses, youth workers, doctors, coordinators, community workers and parent educators.

My clinical experience covers child, adolescent and family therapy, sexual abuse work with survivors and perpetrators, adult mental health, community work and group facilitation and adult education.
I also enjoy working with GBLTIQ community. I mostly use models that are simple and derive from Aotearoa NZ such as the work of Mason Durie, Gay Puketapu-Andrews and Jonella Bird.

I have been providing external supervision since 2000.
