Supervision Interests/Approaches/Type:
I view supervision is an essential part of professional identity, learning and growth, and is a practice I am deeply interested in. I am informed by a reflective learning approach to work with you while we actively put the ‘pause’ button on and unravel the complexity of your practice. I enjoy building the supervision relationship to be one where we can critically think, discover and reflect on ethical, cultural, diverse practice issues that are at the heart of what we do. I love seeing the ‘light bulb moments’ that happen in supervision, and see my role as one that works with people in a way that is respectful and strength-based to support this. I work from a heart centred, community focused, Treaty aware place with attention to what will contribute to best and safe practice.
Further information: I am a DAPAANZ accredited Supervisor so can supervise those who are DAPAANZ registered.

I have supervision space in central Auckland city location and am also available for Zoom supervision for those who are located elsewhere.
