Supervision Interests/Approaches/Type:  My interests are the development of practice competence, issues of social justice, recognising potentially unsafe practice and facilitating the learning potential in all of us. I bring a Māori worldview and a lived experience of most social issues affecting NZ society, with a focus on critical reflection in supervision as the catalyst for transformative learning.
In my humble opinion, it is all about relationship. Theory provides structure, structure provides intent, and, the quality of relationship and strength of connection ensures the desired outcome. Happy to initially meet informally and assess whether I am a fit for your supervision purpose.
