When offering supervision I work from a strengths based perspective with the aim to empower the individual to work from a place of confidence and to become the best version of themselves. I am interested in providing supervision in all areas of social work including addictions, behaviour problems, risk assessment and managemnet, harmful sexual behaviour, families and couples work. I hold to a trauma informed approach and utilise narrative, solution focused, motivational and CBT approaches.
