I am interested in end of career transitions; balancing enjoyable part-time work with the creation of the older person’s desired lifestyle. A time when a person needs to navigate their way through a variety of stages, protecting their ongoing needs and wellbeing. They may be subject to ageism and the pressure to leave employment, along with other challenges e.g. loss of confidence, grief of letting go etc.
