|Vicki has been in private practice, primarily as a professional supervisor, since 1996. She has been a trainer, lecturer, researcher, publisher and conference presenter in this field. Other work includes training, facilitation, consultation, investigating complaints, project work – reviewing and developing social services, selection panel member and mediation. Her qualifications and experience include social work, supervision, human resource management, leadership, management and organisational change and development. Vicki is also a past chair of the SWRB Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal and has held local branch leadership roles with ANZASW.|
